About

Tony Lopez, LMHC

I’m Tony Lopez, Ed.S., LMHC—an executive coach, licensed therapist, and clinical leader with over 15 years of experience across telehealth, private practice, crisis care, and behavioral health leadership.

I hold 3 graduate M.A. degrees in Forensic Mental Health Counseling, Forensic Psychology, & Religion (Seminary), along with a postgraduate Ed.S. in Educational Leadership and a postgraduate certificate in Executive Leadership in the Not-for-Profit Sector from New York University. I’ve worked in clinical, leadership, and educational settings connected with organizations such as Liberty University and Redeemer Presbyterian Church in New York, and Fortune 500 companies.

While education and credentials matter, I believe they only go so far. Real transformation comes through wisdom, experience, practical insight, and a clear path forward. My work focuses on helping men, leaders, and high-functioning professionals gain clarity, overcome internal barriers, and move forward with strength and purpose in their lives, leadership, and relationships.

About Josie Guerra, LCSW-R

Great to meet you.

I’m passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges with clarity, support, and direction. With over 20 years of experience across diverse settings and populations, I bring both clinical depth and real-world understanding into our work together.

I believe healing is not something you have to do alone—it’s a process we walk through together. My approach is collaborative, practical, and focused on meaningful progress. I’ll listen closely, help you identify patterns, and guide you through strategies that support real change both in and outside of sessions.

When desired, I integrate Christian counseling into our work, honoring your faith while applying evidence-based tools to support emotional and mental well-being.

Clients often describe my style as warm, engaging, and empowering. I focus on problem-solving, building coping skills, and helping you move forward with hope and confidence.

About Lina Irias, LMHC

A woman with long, curly black hair smiling, wearing a white shirt and black blazer, standing outdoors with a blurred green background.

Hello and welcome—I’m Lina.

I’m a bilingual, bicultural licensed mental health counselor with experience working with children, adolescents, and adults across a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and spiritual struggles.

My approach is both clinical and biblical. As the Westminster Shorter Catechism states, “Man’s chief end is to glorify God and to enjoy Him forever.” I believe true healing goes beyond symptom relief—it involves understanding your struggles through the lens of Scripture while developing practical tools for daily life.

Having worked in both clinical and faith-based settings, I integrate evidence-based care with a Christ-centered perspective when desired. My goal is to come alongside you with warmth, clarity, and direction as you navigate what you’re facing and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

I look forward to connecting with you.
